The first part of the build happened today; the scaffold was delivered and installed on site. Econoloft hired a local scaffold company as the thought was it would be better service than a national company.
They were due to arrive at 10.30 but actually turned up at 14.00. It went up in a about two hours and I was a bit worried as they kept resting things on the top of my conservatory roof which is only polycarbonate so it kept bowing under the pressure, they also bashed the gate on the side of my house stripping it of all the paint, so it will need re-painting this weekend before any bad weather comes.
Once they had left it was only courtesy to climb up there and take a look at what the view would be like from our new bedroom.
